Join us on Sunday, June 14, 2025 at 9:00am for an exciting annual event that features the amazing scenery and landscape of Mackinaw Valley Vineyard and Winery! Come join us at this winery in central Illinois with an amazing 30 mile view from the tasting room of the valley and farms below and award winning wine! So, whether you are looking to run, walk or just enjoy the wine this race is a sure thing for a great time and an incredible experience! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. This 5K Run / Walk will honor U.S. Marine Major Reid B. Nannen, a Hopedale native, who gave his life in service while training at TOPGUN NAS in Fallon, Nevada on March 1, 2014.

Back for 2026 - 1 Mile Memorial Walk Signs

Join us in the opportunity to honor those we love during the 1 Mile Memorial Walk. For just a $25 donation, we will have a yard sign created that honors and/or remembers someone that you love. These signs will be placed along the race/walk course. Please consider making this additional $25 donation! Deadline for ordering yard signs is June 15.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup is on July 3, from 8am-7pm at the Hopedale Wellness Center. Day of pickup will be at the race registration table. Early pickup is strongly encouraged.
