Take in the spectacular scenery at the Autumn Leaf Run. It's open to all ages and all skill levels of runners, walkers and nature enthusiasts. The 5k trail loops through diverse terrain including wide tree-lined trails, moderate hills, prairie areas, bridge crossings and several single track trail sections. The start and finish lines will be in close proximity and the race will be timed using a chip timing system. All proceeds go to the Freeport Parks Foundation to help fund upcoming projects at Oakdale Nature Preserve Park.

We're thrilled to announce the return of Stephenson County's exclusive, eagerly anticipated 5K, 10K, and half-marathon, the Run Stephenson County Event is on October 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM. As a proud component of our Annual Support Campaign, the proceeds we gather annually play a vital role in enabling children, families, seniors, neighbors, and others to access YMCA programs and memberships at discounted rates.
In 2026, we will be utilizing the same course as 2025! All events will start and end at the Jane Addams Trailhead in Orangeville, IL.
The Half Marathon course offers a flat start and finish with rolling hills in the middle!
The 5k and 10k courses are designed to be PR-worthy, offering runners the opportunity to achieve their personal best in a scenic and supportive environment.
All runners at every distance will receive a high-quality tech shirt. All half-marathon finishers will receive a finisher medal, and the top finishers will receive trophies. The 5k and 10k events will provide overall and age group awards.
Mark your calendars for an unforgettable experience combining Stephenson County's picturesque countryside with captivating tourist attractions.

Harley’s Hustle is an annual event in memory of our daughter, Harley McKenna, who passed away at 40 weeks and 1 day and was delivered stillborn on June 26th, 2018. We were blessed with the comfort and warmth of a community, professionals, and friends that gave us support through our grief. The stories are many and joyous. Nurses, doctors, funeral directors, community leaders, pastors, and more made such a positive impact. In an effort for us to pay it forward, add to Harley’s legacy, and work to see that we can spread awareness of the commonality of this event, Harley’s Hustle began.
Description Our 12 & 24 Hour Race is on the scenic trails of St. Patrick's County Park in South Bend.Runners can take advantage of the amenities of the park to stay overnight, shower, eat and stay protected from the elements. Come join the fun! Organized and operated by St. Joe Happy Running Events Ltd.Proceeds of this race are donated to the ALS (Lou Gerhig Disease) community. Course Enjoy the scenic trails of St. Patrick's County Park. You will run on dirt/grass trails for most of the loop with 3 short treks across asphalt. Welcome to Running Wild 5K Run/3K Wacky Scavenger Hunt Walk!
About this Event: The Running Wild 5K Run is professionally chip-timed with disposable chips on park wooded and open field trails, park roads, grass, and gravel. The 5K event includes awards for the top 3 finishers in each age category. The 3K Wacky Scavenger Hunt Walk is on similar, relatively flat surfaces. Dogs allowed, on 6-foot leash, for the WALK ONLY. Individuals or families with leashed dogs will begin at the back of the walk start. Egg bake breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade cookies for registered participants. Terrific door prizes donated by local vendors and the St. Joseph County Parks Foundation and Friends of Bendix Woods and Spicer Lake! (Must be present to win.) This year's hand-crafted participant medallion features a Bald Eagle (one per registered participant, while supply lasts).
Proceeds benefit park facilities, programs, and bus transportation to the parks for school programs. The event is organized by the St. Joseph County Parks Foundation, Friends of Bendix Woods and Spicer Lake, and St. Joseph County Parks.

The top three male and female runners in each age category, the top Overall male and female and the top Overall male and female Masters category (50 years +) will receive a custom "2026 Running Wild" medal and Bendix Woods County Park pure maple syrup.
All 3K Walk participants will receive an official Certificate of Completion and a handcrafted, collectible Running Wild participation medal. Children will also be able to pick a fun nature prize.

Start at the Belleville Community Park in Belleville WI and you have one hour to run 4.2 miles to Dot's Tavern (A delightful 70 year old tavern located just off the trail). Then, at the start of the next hour, you have one hour to run back to Belleville (4.2 miles). Not 4.2 mile Out and back. 4.2 miles each way!!! You have one hour to get to each location (Belleville to Dots Tavern, Dots Tavern to Belleville), with the race restarting every hour on the hour from each location, alternating. We continue to run 4.2 miles
(either to or from Dot's) until there is a Last Dot (person) standing.Not ready to run a last person standing? The Badger Trail and the Sugar River Trail are both flat, soft, scenic trails which contain trestle bridges, scenic vistas and a 1/4 mile tunnel (light recommended). This will be a very nice race.
