from I-57, take exit 65, and turn east on IL-149/Main St. Watch for sign on East Main St.

SPONSORSHIPS: One free t-shirt will be given for each $50.00 sponsorship

• Businesses $50 - logo or name on back of t-shirt

• Individuals $50 - honor/in memory of a coal miner(s) or someone in

the coal-mining industry. Name(s) will be listed on the back of the

t-shirt

• $500.00 - Name/logo will be listed on top of the back of t-shirt in

large bold font

Rend Lake College presents the first annual Lap the Lake 5K & Fun Run. The race will be followed by a Wellness Festival in the Event Center featuring guest speakers, yoga, and a vendor market.

5K Information:

Cost: Adults = $25

Children 10yrs & under = Free

Awards: Medals for top 3 finishers in each age group.

Age groups: Under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Order of Events:

7:30am - Registration & check-in

8:30am - 5K race begins
