  Get ready for the most delicious and ridiculous 5K you’ll ever run! Join us on June 13th, 2026 during the Chickamauga Chicken & Waffles Festival for a race that’s equal parts running, laughter, and breakfast-themed fun.

  Runners are encouraged to dress the part and join our Chicken & Waffles Costume Challenge. Come dressed as your best chicken, waffle, syrup bottle, chef, or anything breakfast-inspired. The more creative (and slightly ridiculous), the better.

  Costume awards include:

  👨‍👩‍👧 Best Group Costume

  After you dash through the course and cross the finish line, the fun doesn’t stop there. Stick around and celebrate at the festival with amazing food vendors serving up chicken, waffles, and other delicious eats, plus a makers market full of talented local artisans and unique finds.
