    About Kids Bike League

Kids Bike League is a program of the nonprofit Georgia Hi-Lo Trail, Inc. Our mission is to empower Georgia’s next generation of leaders through off-road cycling by fostering outdoor exploration, environmental stewardship, self-confidence, teamwork, and community engagement. Learn more at KidsBikeLeague.org.

Kids Bike League is committed to our belief that every child deserves the opportunity to explore outdoors, discover their potential, and connect with their community through the joy of cycling. All children are welcome at Kids Bike League regardless of their family’s ability to pay. For information about scholarship opportunities, contact Kids Bike League Director of Programming, Alden Strandburg.

    Understanding Bikes & Gear

Kids Bike League supplies bikes and helmets to participants who do not have access to their own bike.

Participants are welcome to bring their own bikes. Bikes must be in safe working order (brakes functioning, tires inflated, handlebars and seat secure). Coaches can help inspect bikes and provide alternatives when bikes are unsafe.

All participants are required to wear helmets when riding. Participants are also encouraged to bring helmets if available. Kids Bike League will provide helmets for participants when needed.
