Join Space Coast Runners for our upcoming 16-week Spring Kids Camp which will run from January 13, 2026 - April 28, 2026. This fun-filled journey with Coach Lyons is designed for kids ages 3-12! Every Tuesday at 6 PM, campers will enjoy creative outdoor activities focused on staying active, making new friends, and having fun. Conveniently located in the Satellite Beach area alongside the SCR Training Camp.

Join Space Coast Runners for our upcoming Spring 16-Week Training Camp which will run from January 13, 2026 - May 3, 2026. This comprehensive training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program with a personalized schedule delivered through Final Surge. The camp goal race is the Space Coast Classic 15K & 2 Mile on April 12th, followed by 3 weeks of speed to prep for the Eat My Crust 5K on May 3rd. Participants do NOT need to be running the races to participate as we'll have runners with different goals ranging from 2 mile to simply working on picking up their pace!

Coaching will be conducted by Head Coach, Kaitlin Donner of New Wave Physical Therapy & Sports Management, Assistant Coach Brittany Streufert and designated pace leaders. There will be a special Coach Meet & Greet on Sunday, Jan. 11 at 8AM at the SCR Winter Social at Oars & Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach. Questions regarding the training camp? - Evening Session will be held on Tuesdays at 6PM rotating between the Satellite Beach South Housing Loop, Eau Gallie Causeway and local high school tracks with Coach Kaitlin.
- NEW! Morning Session will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30AM rotating between the Viera Costco/Pineda Blvd route, Eau Gallie Causeway and local high school tracks with Coach Brittany.
- Please note - both Evening & Morning Session camps will run together at 6AM each Sunday at rotating locations.

Move with the To Write Love on Her Arms on April 18th. When you sign up for the 5K fundraising event in Melbourne, FL, you’ll get access to a resource hub full of introductory tools to build your mental health resilience and ways you can take action for your mental health. Every participant will receive an event shirt, bib, and medal. Following the race, every participant can participate in on-site wellness training and take-home skills that reduce stress and anxiety and build mental health resiliency.

This event raises mission-critical funds for To Write Love on Her Arms and helps us continue to connect millions of people to mental health support each year. Together, we can inspire change—for our communities, for our loved ones, and for ourselves. If it’s your first 5K or your thousandth, we believe it’s the small steps we take that create the momentum toward healing and recovery.
1. Register for the Move For It 5K.
2. Set your fundraising goal to help raise mission-critical funds as we connect people to hope + help. (Your registration counts as your first gift!)
3. Start building mental health resiliency through our introductory mental health toolkit.

Transgender/Transsexual Athlete Inclusion & Race Competition*: A runner should enter the TWLOHA 5K event under the same sex that they declare publicly for all other purposes, with one exception.
