Lace up for an unforgettable Florida adventure at the AdventHealth Orange Blossom Half Marathon in beautiful Frostproof! Nestled along the scenic Lake Wales Ridge, this race runs along gently rolling, hard-packed red clay roads that wind through active and historic former citrus groves—offering breathtaking views and a true taste of Old Florida. Whether you're tackling the Half Marathon, sprinting through the 10K, cruising the 5K, or taking on the ultimate 15K Orange Blossom Challenge (10K + 5K), there’s a race for every runner. After you cross the finish line at Frostproof Middle-Senior High School, kick back and celebrate with mouthwatering BBQ, tasty snacks, ice-cold beverages, and refreshing Florida Orange Juice.

Frostproof is perfectly positioned in South Central Florida—just a short drive from Orlando, Tampa, and South Florida. Major attractions like LEGOLAND, Walt Disney World, Sebring Raceway, and many others are within an hour drive from Frostproof. Come for the race, stay for the adventure!

This is a trail run through the beautiful woods of Colt Creek State Park. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or reveling in the joy of the run, our race at Colt Creek State Park promises an unmatched blend of fitness, camaraderie, and natural beauty. Picture towering pine trees, flat terrains, and serene lakes—all set against the backdrop of pristine wilderness.

Our courses are very well marked with signage. Aid stations will be every 2.5 miles. Some will be self-serve and some will have volunteers. On-course restrooms will be at mile 3, 6, and 9.5 of the Half-Marathon and mile 3 of the 10k. Keep our State Parks clean. Dispose of all trash in the trash cans.

All of our races are professionally chip timed and managed. Our events are family friendly with a vibe that has athletes returning year after year. Each athlete will receive a swag item, medal and post race snacks. We have overall awards and age group awards for each distance.

Are you with a Run Club? Get your team together and compete in our Run Club Competition. Awards will be given to the fastest team in the 5K, 10k and Half (cross-country scoring). We also give out the Get Up & Go Award, which goes to the largest team.

The Judd Jog is an annual 5k presented by Polk Sheriff’s Charities, Inc. with all proceeds benefiting the United Way and held at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office main office in Winter Haven. There will be additional activities available for your family and friends during the event, including: Polk County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations vehicles on display, K-9 meet and greet, and more!

The Judd Jog is a shining example of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of our community coming together to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Come run with us as we raise money to benefit the United Way.

• $40 - March 8- April 23

• $45 - April 24-25

Shirts and sizes are guaranteed if pre-registered before March 26, 2026. (After that, shirts are available while supplies last.)

Finishers will receive a medal when they cross the line!
