We are excited to have you join us for our 4th Annual Pride of the Patriots 5K! This year the race will be taking place at Bill Fredrick Park at Turkey Lake.
With over 200 participants, the Pride of the Patriots Marching Band is one of the largest in Central Florida. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Freedom High School Pride of the Patriots Marching Band!
We will offer a Virtual category! All participants (Virtual included) will receive a t-shirt and a finisher medal!
Virtual Race packet information -- If you want to join us from a far or run at your home, you can register to in our Virtual category. To guarantee you have all your race items in hand prior to the event date of Saturday, April 11th - you must register by Sunday, April 5th. Packets will be mailed out that week. If you register after that date, you will receive your packet after April 11th.

The Great American Bacon Race is a fun, bacon-themed 5k run with custom finisher medals and awesome finisher T-shirts. Oh, and there is FREE bacon at the finish line. There is also digital timing for awards plus prizes for the biggest team, best costume, and others. Could you walk away with the coveted "Golden Pig?"
The event also includes a Bacon Dash for kids. All followed by the Bacon Bash After-Party with music, food trucks, vendors, and lots of free bacon. It's a fun-filled event for bacon lovers to enjoy.

2026 Seven Seas Food Festival 5K Run
Spend time with friends and family as you run, skip, jog, or stroll through our SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival 5K Run! This event takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the park’s picturesque pathways and catch a glimpse of SeaWorld’s animals before you cross the finish line at Expedition Odyssey Plaza. There’s even incredible photo opportunities throughout the course that you will not want to miss!
The 2026 SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival also features a fun packed Kids Run for participants ages 12 and under so it’s sure to be a hit with the entire family. With accolades for all participants, and plenty of surprises along the way, this is certain to be a memorable day for racers of all ages. Your exclusive end of race Seven Seas celebration is the perfect way to wrap up your race. Race participants and guests can then stay and play following the event with a special day-of ticket offer.

Weather & Safety Information
Races will be held rain or shine, however, if there is severe weather in the area the race start may be delayed or cancelled. As a reminder, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In order to ensure safety of all runners, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, baby carriers and dogs are prohibited from the race course. It is VERY important for you to stay alert throughout the race, stay inside cones and obey all race signage. Jogging strollers are permitted but must start in the back.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed in the 3 Mile event. Nurturing future generations of runners is a priority and demonstrating healthy lifestyles to our kids is special. We do ask those registrants participating with a stroller, must line up the after the runners & walkers at the start line. Please listen for directions on where to line up at on the day of the race. Only paid registrants of the 3 Mile event will receive a finisher medal. If you would like your child to receive the medal, you will have to register them for the 3 mile event.
SeaWorld's Kids Run
Following the 5K Run event, we will host a KIDS RUN! All kids must be registered and our Kids run capacity is capped at 500. You can register your child in advance or on Race Day at the main registration area in the morning. All Kids who participate will receive a SeaWorld themed item! Distances will vary between ages ranging from a 50-yard dash to a 200-yard dash. No race t-shirts will be given out for the Kids Run.

Have you Herd… The Milk Run is Back
Gather your friends and family and run, jog or “moooove” through the Milk District at the second annual, “The Milk Run 5K” fueled by TG Lee Dairy, Saturday, May 2, 2026. Participants will run through historic streets of downtown Orlando while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Milk District.
TG Lee Dairy is hosting a community Milk Run and after party with plenty of fun and milk for everyone. The Milk Run sold out last year, so pick up your feet and sign up, fast!
The Milk Run will feature the crowd pleaser, “Cow Costume” Division. Participants are encouraged to dress in cow or milk themed costumes.
We're bringing back the Kid’s Half-Pint Fun Run for participants ages 7 and under following The Milk Run. Costumes are encouraged, but not necessary.
We are excited to let you know we are partnering with The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida as our beneficiary of The Milk Run 2026. All proceeds will go to The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida!

Restorative Yoga Master Class
After you’ve crossed the finish line, give your body the reset it deserves. Join us for a restorative yoga class designed specifically for runners, focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery.
This session will guide you through intentional movement to release tension from the hips, hamstrings, and lower back, while opening the body and nervous system back into balance.
We’ll close with a grounding sound bowl meditation, allowing your breath and heartbeat to return to center as you float into stillness under the sky.
