The South Suburban Race Series consists of six races throughout the calendar year. Participants earn points for finishing position that go toward overall scoring. Each male and female who accumulates the most points will win prizes and be crowned race series Champion. Free to participate.

Rocky Mountain Road Runners holds a monthly series of timed races in the Denver area. We provide a low-key, low-cost racing environment. Everyone is welcome to run with us!

Our March race will be a run around Johnson Lake at Clement Park in Littleton, Colorado. There will be a single 5k course for all racers. Please arrive by 8:30am.

RMRR Trophy Series races use a staggered start and scoring system. We start from slow to fast, spread out over ~20 minutes. This allows almost anyone the ability to win the race. We will use your estimated time so we can assign you a start time with others about the same speed.

After the race, have some snacks while we compile the results. We don't do a full set of awards like at higher priced races. We award the top 3 female/male, net time, in each race. We also award the top 10 members based on handicap times.

Welcome to the Platte River Half Marathon, Relay & 5k race, one of the most exciting and popular races in the Denver Metro Area! This race is held annually in Littleton, CO. We’re thrilled to announce that registration for our upcoming 2026 event on Sunday, April 12th is open for the half-marathon and relay race. The race starts and finishes next to the beautiful Platte River Trail and adjacent to the popular Breckenridge Brewery campus. Join us for an epic post-race party at the Brewery with food, vendors, live music, and of course beer!

Whether you’re an experienced runner looking to set a new PR, a newcomer looking to tackle your first half-marathon, or a team of runners wanting to run an exciting relay race, join us for a day of adrenaline-pumping running, scenic views, and all-around fun. What’s more, we donate a portion of the proceeds to Salute Colorado. Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to see you at the finish line!

We are so thrilled to announce the return of our annual Gluten Free Gallop 5K for its 13th year!

Join Denver Celiacs to raise awareness of celiac disease and all gluten-related disorders. Our 13th Annual Gluten Free Gallop 5K will take place at Clement Park in Littleton, CO, on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. This year we will also be offering our very popular ROCK Fun Run again! This is a fun, family, stroller, and dog friendly event. This event will include food trucks, lots of samples, freebies, and kids activities!

The 5k will be two laps around Johnson Reservoir at the Robert Clement Park in Littleton, CO. The race will begin at 9 AM sharp near shelters J, K, and L. Look for the large entrance arch and Denver Celiacs' white tent. Race registration will also be near shelters J, K, and L, and will open at 8:30 AM.

Get your shoes, water, and sunglasses ready! The course offers scenic foothills views and a great atmosphere to relax and connect after the run!

ENTRY FEE POLICIES

REFUNDS: There are no refunds of entry fees should the event be cancelled. A reason for cancellation includes, but is not limited to; weather related emergency, a late breaking change in the state guidelines pertaining to COVID-19, or restrictions imposed by the county health department.

COURSE CHANGES

We reserve the right to make course changes, up until race morning to improve the athlete experience or for the safety of the athletes competing.

Come join the Before The Fourth 5k for some healthy fun in Clement Park on June 27th. The park is located just south of Denver, in Littleton, Colorado. This is a great opportunity to build community and run in a great location with plenty of local spots to hang out with friends and family afterward.
