Created by Joe Decker, a Guinness World Record holder and accomplished Ultra Endurance Athlete, The SUCK is twelve hours of non-stop pushing your limits with a purpose behind every minute. Each overnight SUCK takes you through miles of dark trails, heavy carries, military style calisthenics, strongman work, and whatever curveballs Mother Nature feels like throwing your way.

Make no mistake, it is brutal. And that is exactly why it works. We are not out there to break you. We are out there to empower you. Sometime around 2 AM, when the world goes quiet and your excuses run out, you discover who you really are. You face the stuff you have been avoiding. And then you rise anyway. That feeling stays with you long after the sun comes up.

Come test yourself in one of the most extreme fitness challenges on the planet. Do the hard thing on purpose and walk away a different person.

And if you finish the entire event, you earn a one of a kind Challenge Coin. It cannot be bought. It cannot be gifted. You have to earn it the hard way. It puts your name on the short list of those who have stepped into the dark, fought through the doubt, and officially Embraced the SUCK.

    The SUCK - Mandatory Gear:

    • Ruck Sack / Backpack - I personally recommend a 60 liter / 3500 cubic inch

    • CamelBak hydration plus pack - recommend 70 - 100 oz

    • Guys 2 x 50lb sandbags

    • Gals 2 x 35lb sandbags

    • 2 x 5 gallon buckets

    • Headlamp

    • Duct tape

    • Pliers

    • Trail Shoes

    • Work gloves

    • Workout gear

    • Warm/cold weather gear

    • Plenty of food, water & electrolytes for the entire 12 hours, there are no aid stations

    • Suggested - snake bit kit, poison ivy/oak remedy, first aid kit

NOTE: Gut Check Fitness, LLC policy is that there are NO REFUNDS and/or TRANSFERS. You are making a commitment to train, work hard, stay focused then to show up and 'Embrace the SUCK'. Please reach out if you are in need of a training program.
