It's an Orange County tradition!
The Dinosaur Dash is a community run, walk, and bike event benefiting the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. There's something for everyone--a 2k fun run, chip-timed 5k and 10k runs, and Bike Tours for all riding levels (15k and a family-friendly 5k).
The finisher medal for the 10k, 5k, and Bike Tour features our unique, student-designed logo.
The 5k and 10k top finishers in each racing age division will receive the official Dino Dash trophy--hand-made by Tustin Unified students. Second- and third-place finishers will receive a medal. The 2k Fun Run and the Bike Tour are not timed and do not have age division awards.
The 15k bike tour passes through Tustin and Irvine before returning to The Market Place in Tustin. This tour is recommended for riders age 13 and up since it is on open roads. We also offer a family-friendly 5K tour on closed roads. The Bike Tours are not timed.
A free family Expo will offer activities, school fundraising booths, and exhibitors.
The Tustin Public Schools Foundation is a charitable organization that supports the students and teachers of Tustin Unified schools by funding grants, scholarships, and enrichment programs such as after-school sports, robotics, college readiness, Tustin Summer Academy, and more.

2026 Optimism Cal Tri Newport Dunes - 11.1.26. Started in 1978 as the Human Race Triathlon, Cal Tri Newport Dunes is the longest running triathlon in the world operating from the same location. Also started in 1978 was the Ironman World Championship Triathlon Oahu but it moved to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in 1981. This serves as the Cal Tri Events National Championship Race with registration in the 1500-2000 range.
12 EVENT OPTIONS. 6 Olympic distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 1640 Yard Swim & 10K Run) and 6 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run). Scenic Lakeside 5k Course
Our 5K course takes you along a beautiful lakeside road at Bonelli Regional Park, with views of sparkling Puddingstone Lake and rolling hills all around. The route features a mix of flat stretches and a few gentle inclines to keep things fun and challenging.
As you run, you’ll be surrounded by mountain backdrops, lush greenery, and open skies—perfect for an energizing morning on the move. Bonelli Park is a favorite spot for local runners, cyclists, and nature lovers, and you’ll see why: the course combines scenic beauty with a welcoming, race-day atmosphere.
Whether you’re walking, jogging, or aiming for a personal record, this course offers a little bit of everything—lake views, shady sections, rolling terrain, and plenty of inspiration.
Scenic Lakeside 10k Course
Our 10K course begins on the same scenic lakeside road as the 5K, letting you take in the sparkling waters of Puddingstone Lake and the mountain views that make Bonelli Park so special.
At the halfway point, the course branches off to bring you onto park trails and rolling hills, adding a little more adventure and challenge. You’ll experience a blend of paved paths, natural terrain, and inclines that keep things exciting while still being very runnable.
With the combination of lake views, shaded sections, open trails, and mountain backdrops, the 10K is a rewarding course for both seasoned runners and those looking to push themselves a bit further.

The Run Wild 5K is a 5K run/walk on November 7, 2026, at the OC Zoo in Irvine Regional Park, benefiting the Foundation. All participants will run through the OC Zoo and receive free zoo entry after the event.
The OC Zoo is home to more than 100 animals, including a black bear, a jaguar, mountain lions, a bald eagle, a kit fox, an ocelot, a beaver, a great horned owl, and more. Many of the animals are injured, orphaned, confiscated, or not releasable to the wild. The zoo also features a barnyard with domestic goats and sheep.

The course begins beneath the glowing CaliFlow Arcch, tracing the flat, scenic Long Beach path under the light of the harvest moon.

Tour de Foothills Bike Ride is a premier community cycling event bringing riders of all levels together for a scenic and rewarding ride through the beautiful foothill communities of the Inland Empire. Hosted by the Upland Chamber of Commerce, this annual event celebrates fitness, camaraderie, and local pride while supporting community programs and initiatives.
Participants can choose from multiple ride options—including Century (100 miles), Metric Century (62 miles), Half Metric (31 miles), and additional specialty and adaptive ride categories—making this event accessible to seasoned cyclists, recreational riders, Veterans, Active Military members, para-cyclists, hand cyclists, and tandem teams.
All routes are fully supported, with clearly marked courses, rest stops, ride marshals, and SAG support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Riders will enjoy stunning views, well-planned routes, and a strong sense of community throughout the ride.
The event concludes with a lively finish-line celebration, featuring food, music, a beer garden, and opportunities to connect with fellow cyclists, sponsors, and local businesses. Select registration options include event jerseys, and all riders can look forward to a memorable day both on and off the bike.

Course map: This is our most challenging course yet! Primarily on trail, hard packed dirt with hills. Some sections are more wide, some more narrow, but with epic views! The course is easy to follow with out and backs. It will consist of out and back loops on the park trail that will be marked with cones and signs and arrows and spray chalk.

If you’re looking for an exceptional race experience with professional chip timing, free photos, well-organized staff, and that signature CaliFlow vibe, make sure you see the CaliFlow Runs name or logo before you register.

The Race to Cure Sarcoma (RTCS) Los Angeles brings together hundreds of members of the community who have been impacted by this disease.
