RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

• 8:00 AM : The OC CHALLENGE WILD HARE 5K : Competitive race with age division

• 8:35 am Top 3 Overall Awards

• 8:40 am Awards Ceremony for the Wild Hare

• 8:55 am THE BUNNY DASH kid's race (200 yards- 5& under, 400 yards- 6 to 7, 1/2 mile- 8 and above)

• 9:00 AM THE RABBIT RUN 5k All finishers get medals

• It's an EGGcellent RUN. DO both 5ks. Get two bibs and two Finisher Medals. One Shirt

Chip timed by ITZ ABOUT TIME. If doing both. Wear only the one bib each time you run and receive a different medal each run.

Easter-themed goodie bags and BLING! Awesome soft, fully designed custom shirts. A finisher medal that opens! An Easter bag full of prizes at the finish! Selfie Pictures with the Easter Bunny!

BIB PICK IS RACE DAY ONLY . There is no early packet pick up for this race .

Participants can pick up the day of event. Registration will open at 6:30 am on race morning and continue until the 9am race start.

COURSE: It is out and back with a twist on a picturesque, landscaped running path. You will be sharing the route with cyclists, other runners, and dog walkers. If pushing a stroller, stay to the right. . Special appearance of the Easter bunny for great selfie photos!! Run fast, or enjoy this event with friends & family! Make your Easter have a healthy kick to it!

And , what better to Spring into SPRING, than to run a Spring race with flower names for street names!

RESTROOMS will be located inside the school buildings to the SOUTH and NORTH of the expo area. Follow the signs.

PROCEEDS from this event to benefit the formation of Ware in the World Foundation. Proceeds will be going to Miss Pam's Ranch, a working ranch that teaches troubled youth to ride, do chores, build esteem, and set goals. Miss Pam RUNS her ranch from a wheelchair. We are still trying to raise funds to repair the travel chair we gifted her last year. Plus, many other projects. We are earning money to put on a Ware in The World 5k in Tanzania, Africa to inspire a village of youth to aspire in running.

This event is a fun-family event with a 5K Run/Walk, Health & Safety Expo, Food & Entertainment, and fund-raising opportunity to help support programs and direct services at the Crime Survivors Resource Center. Awareness. Prevention. Advocacy. Healing.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE REGISTRATION? A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
