After a meaningful and energizing inaugural Pallium India Bay Area Walkathon in 2025, we’re excited to return with an even bigger and more impactful event in 2026-bringing together supporters, volunteers, families, and organizations who believe in care with dignity.
Tip
Registration opens on January 31, 2026, with an early‑bird price of $19.99. Prices increase to $24.99 after February 22 and $29.99 after March 7, so register early to save! GETTING THERE
From I-880 in Fremont, take the Decoto Road exit east and proceed to Paseo Padre Parkway. Turn right on Paseo Padre, then left on Isherwood Way. Proceed to the park entrance on the right.
From Mission Blvd (Hwy. 238) in Fremont, turn south on Nursery Ave. (away from the hills) and right (west) on Niles Blvd. Turn left on Osprey Drive and left on Quarry Lakes Drive. Proceed to the park entrance on the left.

PARKING
There are plenty of parking spots at the park. There is a parking fee at this park so please be prepared with payment. Please review park details at the site: https://www.ebparks.org/parks/quarry-lakes
The St Edward School 5K Registration desk is located in the Ensenada South Picnic Area and there is a parking lot close to it. However if the lot is full, there is additional parking close to Niles Beach.
NOTE: due to the high traffic that will be expected, please plan ahead to come early.
- Register early to receive a free parking pass! The pass will be included in your pre-race packet.
** Anyone registering after the early registration period or unable to pick up their pre-race packets will need to pay for parking at the gate, no reimbursements for parking will be made.

Please present a copy of your order confirmation and an ID at the registration desk to pick up your bibs. You may also pick up bibs for another participant, but please make sure you present their order confirmation. You will be responsible for getting the bibs to the participant.

SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLE BASKET PRIZE
Annual St. Edward Walk / Run Event will hold a silent auction and raffle draw for baskets and will be held after the race. Raffle basket ticket holders need not be present to win. If the raffle winner is not present, they will be notified via email and phone call within the week after the 5K.

Join us on Saturday August 15 for Beer City Half™ SLAM, our final race of the Summer. August is National Clear the Shelters Month and we're working with Pets in Need to support animal rescue and adoption. This means we will have the annual running of the Top Dog Dash with all the proceeds doing to this great cause. The air is thick with excitement!

The course starts in the scenic Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation area and follows the popular Alameda Creek Trail up to the mouth of Niles Canyon. All courses are flat and fast!
The Half Marathon (CA19047RS) course is USATF certified.
