Tour de Foothills Bike Ride is a premier community cycling event bringing riders of all levels together for a scenic and rewarding ride through the beautiful foothill communities of the Inland Empire. Hosted by the Upland Chamber of Commerce, this annual event celebrates fitness, camaraderie, and local pride while supporting community programs and initiatives.
Participants can choose from multiple ride optionsβincluding Century (100 miles), Metric Century (62 miles), Half Metric (31 miles), and additional specialty and adaptive ride categoriesβmaking this event accessible to seasoned cyclists, recreational riders, Veterans, Active Military members, para-cyclists, hand cyclists, and tandem teams.
All routes are fully supported, with clearly marked courses, rest stops, ride marshals, and SAG support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Riders will enjoy stunning views, well-planned routes, and a strong sense of community throughout the ride.
The event concludes with a lively finish-line celebration, featuring food, music, a beer garden, and opportunities to connect with fellow cyclists, sponsors, and local businesses. Select registration options include event jerseys, and all riders can look forward to a memorable day both on and off the bike.

Caren Ware Events brings you the ultimate race bling and the best holiday-themed motivation to stay healthy and active. 1 Mile Turkey Dash: 7:30am Start. This division is a fun run/ walk and non timed event. This is great start for those who want a shorter distance to keep their whole tribe together. Itβs and out and back course so youβll see everyone both directions! If you skip ogot to skip out quick then come on out for this one and earn some fast bling with a fantastic medal for everyone who finishes. ALL ONE MILERS MUST WEAR ONLY the 1 Mile bib while running the 1 Mile. DO NOT WEAR the 5K BIB.
IRVINE/OC 5k Turkey TROT: 8:00am Start. This is open to all ages and takes place around the perimeter of the college campus. It's a speedy course that swings by citrus grove tree's and some pumpkin patches! it starts and finishes in the same spot so you won't miss seeing your friends somewhere along the way!
Turkey Feast Combo: 7:30am Start. This is for the those who like extra helpings at Thanksgiving! We love this challenge! Each participant will start at 7:30 with the 1 mile race. You'll need to complete the 1 mile in 30 minutes so you'll have time to line up for your second race, the 5k at 8am. Youβll receive 1 shirt and two medals if you complete both races! Rally up! You may pick up your 1 mile medal after your 5k race so you don't have to run with it!
Gobble Wobble Kids Event: These kids races offer shorter distances if they don't want to do the 5k.
9:15 A.M: Diaper Dash - 50 yards (3 and under)
9:20 A.M: Tot Trot - 100 yards (4 to 5 years old)
9:25 A.M: Youth Race -1/4 Mile (6 to 10 years old)
9:28 A.M: Youth Race - Half Mile (11 to 12 years old)
Adults, you may run along with your child.
Kid's Gobble Wobble Race Details
All participants receive a race bib, custom cast medal, event t-shirt, and slice of pie! 5k is chip timed and kid's runs are for fun. We will start lining the kids up at 9:05 per age group. All the kids races are on a out and back loop and start and end in the same spot. The course will be closed and lined with volunteers to direct all kids to the turnaround spot. They can turn early if they want with no penalty if they think it's too far. One adult per child can run with their participant and the parent does not have to register but will not receive the shirt, medal, bib or pie.
If you have a child that just wants to ride in a stroller with you on the 5k course, they can do so without registering. They will not receive a medal, bib, shirt or pie but they can share yours!
Awards
Professional Chip timing and results for all 5k participants. Age Division awards will be given 3 deep in the following age categories: 1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59 60-64, 65-69, *70-74, *75-79, *80 and over. Yes! We split the final divisions to celebrate our 70 and over rock star field! We're happy to celebrate this growing category and look forward to seeing everyone earn their race bling!
Costume Awards will be given for Best Dressed so come decked out and you may take home a prize! Win as an individual or a group (6 people max)!

Packet Pick up will be held on Wednesday, November 25th from 12 pm to 4pm at Road Runner Sports in Laguna Hills.

Race Day Pick Up:
You may pick up your race bib and t-shirt on race day from 6:15 am to 7:30 am. In the quad, in front of the performance arts theater. That's the big two story orange building on the Irvine Valley College campus.
Parking: Cost is $5. Entrance is off of Irvine Center and allowed on Jeffrey .Entrance closed on Irvine Center Drive at 7:55am. It's part of the course). Only the entrances on Jeffrey stay open during the run . If parking in the solar lot, you will not be able to leave the lot until 9am. You will need to exit off Lasar Way and wait until directed to cross the race course as stragglers will still be coming in.
YOU MUST purchase a PARKING PASS. PUT ON YOUR DASH. THIS CAN BE DONE ONLINE, AT PACKET PICK UP, OR b y buying at the PARKING PASS BOTH at registration on RACE MORNING. THE CAMPUS PD charge for every vehicle and look for the passes. ( This parking fee is required on entering and parking at any local college).

LOCATION/PARKING
The event staging area is located at the west end of Yorba Regional Park (7300 E La Palma, Anaheim Hills, CA 92807), just past the softball fields near the 5k/10k start line.
Parking is available inside Yorba Regional Park. Payment of $5 per car may be required Enter the park off La Palma from eastbound or westbound lanes starting at 6:00 AM until approximately 6:45 AM, when the eastbound lanes along the park will be closed for the start of the 10k race. Thereafter, access to the park will be via westbound La Palma only when the course is clear of runners.
Additional parking is available in the following areas: 1) Paved/gravel lots adjacent to softball fields at the west end of Yorba Regional Park (very limited capacity); 2) residential areas directly across from the park; 3) residential areas west of Fairmont Blvd off Hondo Dr; and 3) on the street and in church parking lots off of the Fairmont Connector between Esperanza and Fairmont Blvd.
We expect heavy traffic on race day morning; carpooling and early arrival is strongly recommended!

Join us in beautiful Daley Ranch (Escondido) for the 6th Annual Dixon Lake 10/10 Trail Race. The race will start in El Caballo Park and take runners to the top of Stanley Peak and the surrounding area allowing runners a beautiful 360 degree view from the top (10 mile only)
Elevation gains will be 900 to 1300' based on course distance.
Experiencing the trails out at Daley Ranch, will make you want to come back again and again to these amazing trails and picturesque views.
This race will see a max of 250 runners.
