Fresno Turkey Trot @ Woodward Park
For over a quarter of a century, the Fresno running community has come together on Thanksgiving morning to make a difference — supporting the hungry in our city through generous donations and race registrations. The Fresno Turkey Trot isn’t just a run; it’s a tradition of gratitude, generosity, and good times. This year, your participation not only benefits the Central California Food Bank, but also supports the Coach Ray Knight Youth and Scholarship Programs, helping student-athletes across the Central Valley pursue their academic and athletic dreams.
Kick off your Thanksgiving with purpose! Whether you run the chip-timed 5K or enjoy the untimed 2-Mile Walk, you’ll be part of a festive and meaningful morning. Every participant will receive a long-sleeve Thanksgiving shirt, a commemorative finisher’s medal, and a tasty post-race treat.
Registering your family? If you register 4 to 10 people, you’ll automatically receive 10% off. Register 10 or more, and you’ll save 20%! Simply select "Multi-Person Pricing" during registration.
Run. Walk. Support.
Join us for our annual Support Blue Run — a powerful community event uniting the Central Valley in visible support of the men and women in law enforcement.
When you participate, you’re doing more than running a race. You’re investing in the mission of the Fresno Police and Fire Chaplaincy — committed to being First to Serve, providing spiritual and emotional support to first responders and the community during crisis, tragedy, and critical incidents.
Why Support Blue Matters
The Support Blue campaign exists to:
🤝 Strengthen trust and connection between law enforcement and the community
💙 Provide a meaningful way for families, businesses, and individuals to visibly show their support
👮♂️ Create positive engagement opportunities between the community and officers
🙏 Fund the programs and resources that allow the Fresno Police and Fire Chaplaincy to respond when the call comes
Every registration helps ensure chaplains can show up at hospitals, death notifications, critical incidents, and community crises throughout the year.
