Prepare for relentless climbs that will test your limits in the thinner air, followed by exhilarating descents of over 1,200 feet. Conquer this extreme environment and be rewarded with expansive vistas of the Southern California landscape. This Trifecta Weekend provides the opportunity to complete the Sprint, Super, and Beast races, allowing you to earn your Trifecta and qualify for the 2026 Trifecta World Championship.

Big Bear is the most legendary mountain resort in Southern California, and has long been a favorite training ground for some of the country’s top runners.

You’ll be following in their footsteps as you explore the picturesque trails of this venue, featuring buttery singletrack winding through high altitude pine forest, plus some gnarly, technical climbs and descents. You’ll experience wide views of the Southern Sierra, wildlife, wildflowers, and did we mention the altitude?

This weekend also features Spartan Obstacle Course Races.

🌲 A fresh route incluing the new Rathbun Creek Trail, and a memorable lap through the Moonridge Zoo 🦓🦙🦅.

🏃 A paved 3-mile run through the pines that’s approachable for everyone!
