This “race” (if you can call it that) covers a whopping 299 feet on Historic Bridge Street—the world’s shortest street in everyday use. You’ll start at one end and finish gloriously at O’Kelley’s Pub, the world’s biggest inflatable Irish pop-up pub. Yes, it’s a thing. Yes, it’s awesome.

Race is being held at the beautiful Lake Catherine State Park. You have the choice of two races, both are challenging, so you have to make up your mind if you want to run a 10K or a 5K.
10K race is being ran on the Dam Mountain Trail and consists of making two laps around the trail and then out to the finish line.
5K race is being ran on the Horseshoe Mountain Trail. You will follow the trail markers around and back to starting line.

HOT SPRINGS ENDURO | OCTOBER 24-25, 2026
The Hot Springs Enduro takes place in the Northwoods Trails system located in Hot Springs National Park. This trail system houses well over 30 miles of trails ranging from beginner green trails to double black for the experts out there looking to push the limits. The AES Enduro is being held in conjunction with the Gudrun Mountain Bike Festival - a three-day mountain bike festival featuring dual slalom, Strider races and the Atilla the Hun XC races. There’s something for everyone. Come for AES and stay for the rest.
Registration opens Friday, June 12th at 8am with participation based on a first-come, first-served basis. To create a rewarding enduro race experience, organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation. Each participant’s entry includes:

One-day competition with up to 4-7 stages and 10-20 total miles of rider-designed racing with dedicated pre-race practice times the day prior to the race.

Sufficiently marked courses with maps emailed to participants the week of the event.

Lively mid-race aid stations with access to professional neutral mechanics and medical support.

Professional event timing with accuracy to the 1000th of a second and instant results.

Complimentary post-race meal and cold beverages (21+ for adult beverages, ID required) in a family-friendly festival setting.

Awards ceremony by category with prizes awarded 5 deep.

DRY CAMPING - When possible, limited dry camping spots at the Race Venue will be available to reserve during event registration. Please refer to the event’s online registration service for additional details.
RESTAURANTS - In Hot Springs you can refuel with BBQ, pizza and a local micro brew, fresh catfish or homemade taffy. Visit hotsprings.org for a few ideas. We'd break the internet if we listed them all.
SAFETY - This is not the time to skimp on protective equipment. Helmets are required to be worn on course during official event times and we highly suggest a full-face helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.
TEMPERATURE - In October, Hot Springs, Arkansas, experiences mild and comfortable autumn weather. Daily highs average around 77°F (25°C), cooling down to average nighttime lows of about 53°F (12°C).
WATER & SNACKS - While hydration will be available at select locations on course, riders are encouraged to plan to carry at least 50-60 ounces of water and enough snacks to sustain themselves under strenuous exercise.
NICE TO HAVES - Bug spray, sunscreen, spare tubes, pump or CO2, plugs, patches and other parts.
DOGS - Dogs are allowed but are required to be on a leash at all times. No exceptions.
TRASH - If you pack it in, pack it out. We are guests. Please follow all event sustainability and recycling requests.
RACE DAY MEAL - A post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers on Race Days only. Redeemable meal tickets will be provided at the Registration & Timing tent. When possible, additional food trucks and other resources will be made available on-site for fans, family and friends.
WAIVER - All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to competing in the Arkansas Enduro Series.
REFUND POLICY - Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine, and refunds will not be issued except under extreme circumstances. The Event Organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances including rescheduling the event to a future date.

USA Cycling License Info - 2026:
- Expert and Intermediate (formerly Cat 1 and Cat 2) - an annual USA Cycling license is required to race. One-day license is not allowed in either category. USAC is offering a discounted license for new annual license holders. Go to https://usacycling.org/member and purchase an annual license.
- First Time members will pay $40 for their annual Membership ($20 if enrolling in auto-renew)

This will be the 11th running of the Summit2Summit Half Marathon.
