MORE INFO ABOUT HASH - The Little Rock Hash House Harriers is part of the loosely organized group of clubs known collectively as the "Hash". Since its founding in 1938 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia the Hash has spread to most of the larger cities of the world, following the simple philosophy: "Running should be fun." Based on the English game of "Hound and the Hare", the Hash involves a group of runners (the "Hounds") who try to follow a trail marked in flour or toilet paper by the leader (the "Hare"). The ultimate goal is to find the finish (the "On-In") where vast quantities of beer and other refreshments are consumed. The Little Rock Hash House Harriers, founded in 1974, is one of the oldest Hash chapters in the United States.

The 3rd Annual Passion Play Trail Run - Presented by The Great Passion Play & I:40 Race Services

The Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs will host the 3rd Annual Passion Play Trail Run on April 4, 2026.

This will be run on the amazing Great Passion Play Trails that are a part of the Oz Trail System of Northwest Arkansas (Click Here to learn more about the Oz Trails at the Passion Play). Runners will get to experience all the aspects of the Passions Play grounds including "Running to Jesus" with all runners going by the Christ of the Ozarks Statue, experiencing parts of The Holy Land Tour, and miles of amazing nature and scenery.

The four distances are designed to have something for everyone - Fun Run, 5k Trail Run, 5 Mile Trail Run, and Half Marathon Trail Run - all happening on the morning of Saturday, April 4th.

    Fun Run:

This will be an all-road course to the Christ of the Ozarks Statue and then looping around the Passion Play grounds.

    5k Trail Run:

We have redesigned this course after feedback from our 2024 runners that the 5k route was too difficult. We are going to stay more "on top of the hill" that the passion play amphitheater and the Christ of Ozark Statue sits on. This course will still be a challenge but will be much easier on runners and will also take in much more of the scenic aspects of the grounds including running across the stage of the passion play and going by the tabernacle and other great aspects of the Holy Land Tour.

    5 Mile Trail Run:

Starts by running to the Christ of the Ozarks Statue and then on trails: Genesis, Holy Roller, Genesis, Passover, Revelation for an out and back loop around the Sea of Galilee, Genesis, and then finishes by going through the gates of Old City of Jerusalem (See Map Below).

    Half Marathon Trail Run:

This will be a combination of the 5k and 5 Mile Courses. Starts by running to the Christ of the Ozarks Statue on the 5 Mile Course, then the 5k course, and then a backwards loop of the 5-mile course. The 3 laps (5 miles, 3.1 miles, and 5 miles), added up to 13.1 miles.

    Registration Details & Prices:
