CHASE RACE
2-MILE is not only an AR Grand Prix Championship Race but a fun family event. Walkers & slower runners must yield to faster runners on course. All participants will be directed to right side of course streets. No dogs in this one please! Course is USATF certified and disposable chip timing with S/F mats provided.
PAWS RACE 1-Mile event is for participants who want to run or walk with their leashed dog/pet. It is a fun event for dogs/pets of all breeds, ages and sizes! The course will be gun timed (no start mat).
LOCATION: Both events start & finish at Simon Park, 805 Front Street, Downtown Conway, AR.
OTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Best Pet Costume Contest. Judging and winners will be determined during the 1-Mile race.
Local Animal adoption agencies and organizations will have info regarding their rescue as well as pets available for adoption.
Various sponsor booths with give aways and information.
C o u r s e s: The 2M & PAWS 1M courses are out & back, flat and fast with excellent traffic control & aid station. An experienced team of organizers will make the event exciting and fun. Restrooms available. We hope to see you at the starting line! Participants of all abilities, "ON YOUR MARK"!
Runner Amenities: Each Participant will receive a souvenir T-Shirt. To be guaranteed a T-shirt of your size, you must register before MARCH 2nd. Participants will also receive an awesome "goodie" bag. Each finisher will receive an official Chase Race medal.
Race results will be posted on Garner Timing Services website.
REFRESHMENTS: Complimentary refreshments will be available for participants and their families on race day.
P a c k e t p i c k - u p:
Early packet pick up options- Compass Academy 225 Tilk Rd, Conway, AR Friday, March 13th, 9 AM- 6 PM or at race site on race morning, Saturday March 14th beginning at 6:15AM-7:45 AM.
Directions to the Race: Take I-40 to exit 127, west on HWY 64 (Oak St) approx 1 mile to Front St., left (south) on Front, Simon Park is on the right. Parking is available at various lots 1-2 blocks away.
AWARDS: Awards ceremony will follow all races. Awards are also available for pick up at Compass Academy week following race. Please be patient & courteous to all award recipients. With this many awards, some will be getting personal recognition for first time, and all takes time. No awards will be available prior to the official awards ceremony. Thanks in advance for being patient and understanding.

Awards- *Overall (3 male and 3 female), Masters(top 3 male and 3 female 40+age group), Grand Masters (top 3 male and top 3 female 50+age group), Senior Masters (top 3 male and top 3 female 60+ age group)
Age Groups Awards-
Male & Female 1st 5 finishers in each of the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+
No duplication of awards.
CHASE RACE 2 mile WALK (Walkers are encouraged to participate in the 2-Mile Race)
Awards given to 1st 5 Male and 1st 5 Female finishers as they cross the finish line. NO AGE GROUP AWARDS. Please remember, one foot must be touching the pavement at all times.
WALKERS MUST WALK ENTIRE RACE, if caught running/sprinting/or jogging, will be disqualified!
Paws Race 1-Mile (PET required event)
FIRST10 participants to cross finish will receive a trophy (all others will receive a medal) and will be awarded at crossing of finish line. No age group awards.
Pets Best Costume Contest ( 5 Awards ): Top 5 as determined by the Judges!! Pets must participate in the 1 Mile race to be eligible for an award. Winners will be chosen during the race.
Awards are-Most Pawsome, Best in Show, Outstanding Sportsmanship, Most Waggiest Welcome, Best Dressed, etc.

Important Online & Raceday Registration Change!
For those who aren't registered yet but intend on signing up, online registration will have to close TOMORROW (10.31) at 9pm! You CAN register on raceday (11.1); however, it will have to be in person with cash or CashApp. If cash, please try exact cash. There will be a table next to the finish line that can get you squared away.
After an incredibly successful inaugural race in 2024, we’re thrilled to bring the Ghost-to-Gobble 5k back for 2025…bigger, bolder, and even more festive! This year, we're thrilled to announce that Special Olympics Arkansas will be the recipient of 10% of all profits from this event! Also this year, we’re excited to add a family-friendly 1-mile fun run and Best Costume Award! Whether you show up in your spookiest Halloween gear, your best turkey trot outfit, or even a holiday sweater for you Christmas-in-July folk, you’ll join hundreds of runners racing through UCA’s beautiful campus, cheered on every step of the way.
