Punch Out Ultra, a "Suffer UP" Event Tucked away in the quiet backwoods of Northwest Florida, the Punch Out Ultra takes runners through a one-of-a-kind course winding across a private high-fence deer ranch — a wild and scenic setting you won’t find anywhere else. The course is a 4-mile out-and-back loop that starts and finishes beside a mirror-still pond, where fog rises with the dawn and the reflections of the trees ripple with each passing runner. From there, the route unfolds across pine needle–covered trails, sandy dirt roads, and stretches of grassy relief. The mix of surfaces keeps your legs guessing — offering a little bit of everything Florida’s trail country has to give. Expect gentle elevation, natural beauty, and plenty of solitude, with the occasional deer watching you from the woodline. Each lap brings you back to the heart of the ranch — the start/finish beside the pond — where camaraderie, determination, and the will to push yourself to new limits meet. Whether you’re chasing a
personal best or simply testing how far your feet can carry you, the Punch Out Ultra is more than a race — it’s an adventure through raw, rugged Florida that will stay with you long after the dust settles. Race Outline * This is an out and back course through ATV style trails. The property is home to several well managed deer so the sights will be impressive if you keep your eyes open for those mature whitetail deer. * The distance for each leg is 4.2 miles. You will run out to the turn around where you will be met by a volunteer and a water only aid station. Once you cross the start/finish line, you will receive a hole punch in your bib for that lap to count. This is one lap which equals one hole punch. * Each team member can run or walk at their desired pace and get as many laps as possible for their team but each member must complete at least one lap for the whole team to qualify. * There will be one full aid station at the start line and a water station at the turn around. We ask that
you bring your own bottle or cup to drink from as this will be a cupless event. * At the aid station there will be snacks and electrolyte mixes for you to enjoy. We will also serve a light lunch for all runners to enjoy during the race. Please also bring your own food/electrolytes for the race as you will be burning a lot of calories during this event! Rules This race is hosted by the Suffer Up Podcast in partnership with the Mens Barn Meeting in Molino, Florida. The overall mission of the race is to create an uplifting environment for runners of all skill level to compete and push themselves in a team setting. Our mission here at Suffer Up is to encourage and lead others to suffer with a purpose. Striving to level up in life with an emphasis on spiritual, mental, and physical wellbeing. We trust that all runners and spectators will be respectful and courteous towards one another. * Individual or 4 person teams. No more, no less. * Each team member must complete at least 1 lap to qualify. *
This race is a set time limit of 8 hours. Complete as many legs as you can in the 8 hours, or less if you choose. If you are not back by the end of the 8 hours, that lap will not count. No partial laps will be counted.* If you need to rest for any reason, feel free! This is a self paced event; all levels of fitness are welcome! You can run as many or as few legs as you wish. * Each runner will be assigned a bib, you must wear your bib during the entire race. There will be no swapping of bibs for any reason and you will receive one punch per bib per lap. * When traveling on the trail you will stay on the right side of the road/trail. This is a wide enough trail to drive a pick up truck through so be respectful of other runners and follow the rules of the road while on the trail. * You will be disqualified if you are found running off of the trail, littering, harassing wildlife, damaging property, short cutting, or any other form of reckless behavior. It is a privilege for us to utilize this
space for this race and if anyone is found behaving as such you will be politely asked to leave the event and your team will be disqualified. It will be up to the race director and the landowners discretion if the behavior warrants a disqualification. We WILL uphold this. We want everyone to have a fun and great race so we must hold a high level of respect for others and the property. * You must be starting your final lap at least 40 min prior to the 8 hour event finish. * You must complete an entire leg for the lap to count. If you don’t cross the finish line then that lap will not count. * In the event one of your team members decides to drop, that is fine as their laps will count towards the overall team score, however no alternate will be allowed to enter in place of the runner who dropped. Once all team members have dropped your team’s race is completed. Individual Runners: The rules are simple for you, run as many laps as you can on this beautiful trail for 8 hours and accomplish your
goal or personal best. We will award you with a Suffer Up challenge coin if you complete 7 laps in the 8 hours. We do encourage you to try and assemble a team as this race is designed to push and uplift others! Your other team members only need to complete 1 lap to be eligible as a team. You WILL be respectful to all volunteers and race staff. If you are found being rude, or disrespectful to any members present, your team will be forfeited and asked to leave the premises. This is a family orientated event and outlandish behavior will NOT be tolerated by Suffer Up or The Mens Barn Meeting Staff. Kids Race We will have a free kids race during the event for children ages 3-12. Time TBA. We kindly ask that an adult be present during the .3 mile loop race around the beautiful lake. Food and Amenities There will be restrooms, the covered barn, non potable water, and space for people to set up a tent for the race. We will have a full aid station at the start/finish line with water, food and
snacks; and a water station at the turn around mark. We will have a food truck on site as well for runners and spectators to eat and enjoy during the event. There is also an alligator pen for SPECTATING ONLY!!On-site camping is not available due to the nature of this being a high fence deer ranch. However, nearby options for free camping are available here:https://nwfwater.com/lands/recreation/area/escambia-river/cotton-lake-recreation-area/https://nwfwater.com/lands/recreation/area/escambia-river/mystic-springs/ Awards * There will be awards given to first, second, and third place teams, individual, and ruck divisions* ANY runner, individual or part of a team who runs 28 miles (7bib punches) or more within the 8 hours will receive the limited edition Suffer UP ULTRA Finisher challenge coin! * All team members will receive a t-shirt, Suffer Up sticker, and other sponsor swag with their race packet. This is a family friendly event. Here are the rules for you “ruckers”.You will follow the same rules as everyone else as far as the race format, however the entry weight is 20#. To be fair, please keep this weight the same across all those rucking. We will have patches for the ruck division members participating. We will also have a first second and third place ruck awards. Spectators/Crew * Spectators are welcome to come support their runners, however due to the nature of the
course and the deer farm that the runners will be running through, a large portion of the race will be inaccessible to spectators and crews. Where Da Gold At? Backyard Ultra Date: March 13–14Location: 98 Station St Saraland, AL 36571Format: Official Backyard Ultra (4.1667-mile loops every hour on the hour)Field Limit: Strictly capped at 75 runners due to trailhead parking limits. Who all seen the leprechaun, say YEAH! It’s been over two decades since a local news crew rolled into Mobile to investigate a mythical resident up in a tree. On the exact anniversary weekend of the greatest viral news report in internet history, we are heading into the woods of the Jacinto Port Trail System to find out, “Where Da Gold At?!”This isn't your standard trail race. It's a grueling, psychological war of attrition. You have exactly one hour to complete a 4.1667-mile loop. If you finish in 45 minutes, you get 15 minutes to rest, eat, and regroup. If you aren't standing inside the starting corral when the top-of-the-hour whistle blows, you are disqualified. We do this every hour, on the hour, until only one person is left standing.Do you have the
wrong stuff, or are you ready to grab your backhoe and claim the treasure? The Loot (Where Da Gold At?) We aren't holding back on this legendary theme. No matter how many loops you last, you’ll be chasing some of the most unique, custom swag in the ultra community: - The Half Marathon (4 Loops): Complete 4yards to earn the official event finisher medal. - The Marathon (7 Loops): Cross the 26.2-mile threshold to lock down the official, premium event T-shirt. - The 50-Mile Mark (12 Loops): Survive 12 hours into the night to earn a heavy, custom Gold Coin. - The 100-Mile Club (24 Loops): Prove you're not afraid of the dark. Hit 24 consecutive hours to secure the long anwaited Amateur Sketch Belt Buckle. - The Last Man Standing (The Champion): There can only be one winner. The ultimate survivor walks away with the grand prize: The Coveted Leprechaun Flute (passed down from their great-great-grandfather). Everyone else gets an official DNF. Basecamp & Logistics - The Setup: Runners are permitted
to set up one standard 10x10 pop-up tent or canopy at the trailhead basecamp to house their crew and gear. No heavy machinery or actual backhoes allowed for digging up the preserve, but plenty of room for your support squad. - Parking & Field Cap: Because we are operating out of a pristine, limited-capacity trailhead space, registration is strictly capped at 75 runners. Once it fills, the waitlist will open. Do not wait to lock in your spot. - The Course: A beautiful, flat, but challenging trail utilizing the terrain of Jacinto Port. It’s wide enough to pass, fast enough to move, and gets wonderfully eerie once the sun goes down. Because as we all know... he only comes out at night.- Nutrition & Hydration: We will offer at base camp all the usual “fixins” of an ultra… pizza, pickles, candy, trail mix, multiple hot meals throughout the race. Hydration will have water, pickle juice, sodas and Tailwind at base camp. Event's current local time: 3:52 AM CT

Since 2013, together we’ve raised over $180,000 to help provide life-saving mammograms. But there’s still more to do. There are women and men in our communities who go without screenings—not because they choose to, but because they simply can’t afford them.
That’s where you come in.
Your miles can help change that. Your walk/run can help detect breast cancer early. Your support can help save lives.
Run/Walk for someone you love. Rin/Walk for those still fighting. Rin/Walk for the ones we’ve lost. Run/walk for hope.
Together, we’re not running/walking we’re creating a path to early detection, awareness, and hope.
NOTE: All profits goes towards funding Mammograms
