The IWD 5K 2026 calls for renewed urgency and collective effort to dismantle the systemic barriers and biases women continue to face in both personal and professional spaces. Through the Give To Gain Campaign, we embrace the belief that when we give, we gain—that generosity, collaboration, and shared responsibility are powerful drivers of progress.

BERLIN VIRTUAL 5K 2026 – RUN FOR THE PASSAGE

Run with purpose. Run for change. Run on the Road to Berlin.

In 2026, I will be running the Berlin Marathon and this year the journey is dedicated to supporting The Passage, a charity working to prevent and end homelessness.

To bring people together for this cause, we are launching the Berlin Virtual 5K – Run for The Passage, a hybrid charity event that allows runners anywhere in the world to participate while supporting a mission that changes lives.

Whether you choose to run locally, with friends, or join our special group run at the One More Mile Parkrun on Saturday April 25, every step helps raise awareness and funds for those facing homelessness.

Why We Run

The Passage works to:

• Prevent homelessness by intervening quickly before people reach crisis point

• End homelessness by providing innovative and tailored services delivered with compassion and urgency

• Advocate for those who feel unheard, amplifying their voices to create real systemic change

How to Participate

2. Complete your 5K anywhere in the world
3. Join the community run on April 25 if you can
