CNX-BKK Brotherhood started in June 2024 when friends from Bangkok and Chiang Mai decided to run together, without pace pressure or performance expectations. Founded on the belief that running is about presence over speed, the crew of around 30 members welcomes every mood, background, and reason to lace up. The community spans different cultures and rhythms, with genuine friendship at its core. Saturday mornings at 6am, they gather at WonderRoom BKK for medium-distance city runs where easy pace and meaningful conversation are what bring people back week after week.
Cruise Control Run Club emerged during Songkran 2024 when a casual run through Bangkok's old town drew a handful of strangers who asked to join. What started as a spontaneous morning became a quiet awakening: a community was forming. Founded by runners who believe the city's charm and energy are best experienced on foot, Cruise Control Run Club has grown into a diverse group meeting every Sunday at Benchakitti Park. The crew's philosophy is simple yet powerful, running should never intimidate. Instead, easy pace, good vibes, and the unwavering belief that Bangkok is absolutely runnable guide every outing. Members arrive as individuals and leave with friendships, discovering that sometimes the best running communities form when you simply show up and let the energy do the rest.
In January 2025, a runner seeking refuge from Bangkok's relentless pace found something unexpected on quiet morning streets: calm. That moment became Milesup Run Club, born from a single truth, that running could heal as much as it could challenge. Milesup exists to prove that movement doesn't demand speed or competition. The crew gathers weekly through Bangkok's quieter neighborhoods and green spaces, building a community where connection matters more than times on a watch. Here, every pace is welcome, every step counts, and the focus is on emotional resilience as much as physical endurance. Led by founder who understood that in a city that never sleeps, runners need a space to breathe, Milesup has grown into a tight-knit crew that runs with intention: gentleness, inclusivity, and the quiet belief that running can mend what the day breaks.
Seuxphen Running Team was founded by seven friends in Bangkok in June 2019 with a simple belief: running should be fun, mutual, and open to everyone. What started as a small group of strides has grown into a community of more than 100 runners drawn together by shared passion. Every Tuesday evening at Thephasadin Stadium, the crew assembles across all paces, from 4:30 to 8:00 min/km. Coaches, ultra-runners, artists, and first-timers show up together, creating an atmosphere that mirrors Bangkok itself, warm and genuinely welcoming. At Seuxphen Running Team, experience flows in both directions, and every level of runner belongs.
