An ocean swimming social group located on Auckland's North Shore. Meets regularly on Sundays at 8am with additional swims posted to their WhatsApp channel.
RUN4 Auckland was born in October 2019 when Diego and Marcela decided beginners deserved a real home in the running community. No experience necessary, no fitness tests, no gatekeeping. Today, around 50 members gather every Sunday morning at Victoria Park to run 5km or 7km at their own pace, their own goal. The crew operates on a simple philosophy: no competition, no pressure, no judgment. RUN4 exists to help you discover your reason for running and actually stick with it. What makes RUN4 the most welcoming hour of the Auckland running week is the understanding that the pace is yours, the goal is yours, and the crew belongs to everyone.
