Time: Open Duathlon & Super Sprint Duathlon Registration 5:45-600. Race briefing 6:15. Race Start time 6:30. Open and Super Sprint will begin at the same time.

2.5k Run, 20k Bike, 2.5k Run

5:45-6:00 Registration, 6:15 Briefing, 6:30 race start

• Super Sprint Duathlon (Ages 10+ & Entry-Level Adults)

800m Run, 5k Bike, 800m Run

5:45-6:00 Registration, 6:15 Briefing, 6:30 race start

Briefing is mandatory for all participants and at least one parent/guardian for children.

-Kids 9 and under

200m Run, 400m Bike, 200m Run

Race briefing at 8 am, race start at 8:15 am

Relay Option

• Relays for Sprint and Super Sprint categories.

• Perfect for families, friends, and first-time racers

• Relay fee applies per person

Safety & Equipment Requirements

• 🪖 Helmets and shoes are mandatory for ALL racers — no exceptions

• Kids’ race may include adult bike escorts

Hafa Adai Runners! Its that time of the year again where Run Saipan will be hosting its Route 36 5K!

This year we have decided to run the course at Windward Road at Route 36. Start Line will be on the highway located at the entrance to San Juan Beach.

It will be a beautiful 5k (3.12 mi) scenic loop on Route 36. This is a sanctioned race by Northern Marianas Athletics. This race is one of our favorite as the theme of the race is to highlight sustainability and environmental stewardship.
