Running From Reality started in April 2024 in Banjarmasin when three office friends chose to lace up and run instead of collapsing after work. What began as their answer to deadlines and long days has grown into a Sunday morning ritual for around 35 runners of all backgrounds. The crew's philosophy is simple: running is moving therapy, a pause from life's noise where pace is optional and showing up is everything. Every Sunday at 06:00, they gather at Tusuk Koffee for a moderate run that feels more like a conversation with friends than a workout, letting the city wake up around them as they rediscover themselves, one step at a time.
