Points will be accumulated after each event and posted on the Ranking Page. 3. The overall winners will be the participants with the most points at the end of the series. 4. The Trinidad and Tobago Cancer Society, in collaboration with Republic Bank and The Tobago House of Assembly brings to Tobago a dynamic new initiative under the Global Relay For Life movement, Tobago
Moves.
Relay For Life is the world’s largest community movement against cancer, led by the American Cancer Society. This inspiring community event combines fitness, purpose, and remembrance to raise awareness about cancer while generating critical funds to support the crucial work of the Society.
5K Walk / Run
This event invites competitive individuals, families, corporate teams, and youth groups to come together in support of cancer awareness. Participants will receive official race bibs, and finishers will be awarded commemorative Relay For Life medals.

Led by experienced fitness instructors, this lively 30-minute group workout session will bring participants together for a fun and motivating exercise experience.

Luminaria
As the sun sets, the event will culminate in a deeply moving Luminaria Ceremony. Glowing luminaria bags, decorated with names and messages, will illuminate the night in honour of loved ones lost to cancer and in celebration of survivors who have overcome it.

Our coaches are the heart and soul of our camp. They’re not just instructors, they’re mentors, motivators, and role models who bring energy, safety, and a whole lot of fun to every single day.
Many are:
Teachers / Parents with a deep understanding of how to work with kids of all ages
Certified personal trainers who know how to motivate, teach technique, and build confidence
Skilled mountain bikers and outdoor sports lovers who live for adventure and love sharing it with kids
We also proudly include two junior coaches. These young leaders grew up attending our camp and now help out as assistants.

We maintain a 1:5 coach-to-camper ratio to ensure personalized attention and supervision

Race Day & Awards:
After every camp we usually wrap things up with a fun duathlon race (run/ride/run) for the kids to participate in, most, their first multi-sport event. It's JUST FOR FUN. Medals for all participants. We will also have our awards ceremony, Camp Coaches will choose to award kids in various activities; special medals will be awarded to campers showing great sportsmanship along with most outstanding, Boot Camp MVP, most helpful, most friendly, best push-ups, mountain biker awards and so much more. Then the campers in turn have the chance to choose their favourite Camp Coach.

Join us in the Mt. Grace District, Scarborough for a heartfelt, fun, 5K Walk/Run and Charity School Book Drive dedicated to bringing our community together for a great cause.
This event is more than just a walk or run — it’s an opportunity to support the children of our community by helping provide school books, stationery, and educational resources for students in need. While it is not mandatory to walk with stationery or supplies to the event, participants are warmly encouraged to contribute if they feel motivated to do so. Through unity, health, and giving back, we hope to inspire positive change and remind every child that their education matters. Every step taken and every donation made can make a difference.

Come join the TTCG for an event dedicated to promoting fitness, camaraderie and community spirit. This inaugural 5K event also commemorates the 64th Anniversary of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast
Guard, celebrating over 6 decades of dedicated maritime security and commitment to the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
This 5K Run/Walk aims to bring together participants of all ages, gender and fitness levels; serving or non serving members of National Security and Veterans, to promote strength, resilience & endurance around the scenic atmosphere of Chaguaramas.
Most importantly, proceeds from this event will assist in hosting the TTCG annual Children Christmas party, spreading joy and cheer to the children of All those who serve.

It's Running Season and we have another event for you. This hilly course offers a challenge from the start of the race and gets scenic along the way as you pass Whisper Cove. Once all hill climbing
is over, it is basically all downhill from there.
This event is one of the GrenadaXS (Sun, Sea, Sand, SPORT) events and is organized by Odessey Timing & Events. Please visit the Grenada XS website for a list of all upcoming events in Grenada.
RACE NUMBER COLLECTION
Race numbers with electronic timing tag will be distributed on race morning from 6:45am - 7:50am at the race site.
Things to remember:
Do not bend or fold your race number as this could damage your timing tag.
Avoid pressing your watch at the same time as you cross the timing mats as this could block the RFiD signal from your timing tag.
