A very popular friendly club for children from Tristars (8) to Youth (17). Training sessions are at Maindy Leisure Centre, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3AJ at the following time sessions:

One of Cardiff's oldest running clubs, we've been pounding the streets and trails for over 40 years. Our 'home' is Penylan Rec although we train in the Heath, Cathays, Cyncoed and city centre areas too. You'll also spot San Domenico runners at parkruns in Cardiff and further afield.
