Tri-Force has been supporting triathletes in and around St Albans since 1995. We are a beginner friendly club that supports athletes at all levels, from beginner to GB Age Group; at all distances, from Sprint to IM. We have a great deal of triathlon training experience, with a training program that is complimentary to, rather than competitive with local running and cycling clubs. No matter what your ability / targets, we can suppor
