Friendly, informal, relaxed club covering Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. We have a weekly coached swim session on a Monday evening, run every Saturday morning in Ashridge Forest and club members organise numerous additional swim (pool and open water), bike (road and mountain) and run sessions of varying distances and speeds to cater for the varied needs of members.
