Peace of Mind Running Club began as a search for something steady in difficult times. In March 2026, after losing his father to cancer, Graeme discovered that running offered something no therapy app could: a place to think, to breathe, and to belong. He started gathering runners in Kettering, and what began as personal recovery became collective healing. The crew now draws 10 to 12 regulars who meet Tuesday evenings at 19:30 for 'Flow State Tuesday' runs and Sunday mornings at 07:00 for 'Sunday Sunrise Social' sessions, both departing from Pleasure Park. Every mile is an invitation to clear your head and know you are not running alone.
