Main training venues, Farnworth Pool 3-5.30pm on Saturdays, Leverhulme Park Bolton 7-8.45pm on Mondays, Turton Pool Tuesdays 8 - 9pm, Bolton One Pool Thursdays 7.30 to 8.30pm. Catering for all levels from beginner to elite.

Presently a long established running club with circa 195 running members. The club is affiliated with English Athletics. Triathlon arm added to the club in 2024 which involves approximately 10-20 members at present
