  Martín Fiz is somewhat like the Zidane of marathons... ⚽ but without the headbutts! In his honor, the Vitoria-Gasteiz Marathon (EDP) was born! 👏 In the Basque Country, in his hometown Vitoria-Gasteiz 🇪🇦, this marathon gathers many participants for their favorite pastime: running! 🏃‍♀️ This Spanish champion, born in 1963, has run more miles than your car covers in a year 🚙. His main achievement? He became the world champion in marathon in 1995 in Gothenburg 🏆 by running 42.195 km in the Swedish rain 🇸🇪, which seems to be his idea of a good day 💦. In short, while you're struggling to climb stairs, Martín Fiz runs a marathon before breakfast 🥐. So, if you want to train to be a bit more like him, why not challenge yourself to become a finisher of the Vitoria-Gasteiz Marathon 🎽? Of course, if you're not ready for the full 42 km, the event offers other options: you can split the difference 🔪 by registering for the half-marathon and its surprising 21 km! There are even
