Founded by Rasmus and Rikke, the crew is defined by its inclusive, no-hierarchy philosophy, where everyone is welcome, and all contributions are valued equally. With a packed and consistent weekly schedule, including social runs from the city square and track sessions at the university, they have created a spirited and supportive environment for runners of all skill levels.
