The crew was started when its founders, inspired by the Berlin running scene, decided to bring the modern run crew movement to their hometown. They are a group of "non-elites who love to train like the pros," guided by the philosophy, "Run with us – no borders, just bridges." Their free, volunteer-led training sessions are open to everyone, focusing on a weekly track workout and a Sunday long run.
