Originating from Asphaltgold, a renowned sneaker and streetwear shop in Frankfurt, the crew quickly expanded beyond its initial group to welcome runners of all levels and backgrounds. Meeting weekly on Thursdays, the club offers varied pace groups and distances up to 15 kilometers, fostering a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere where enjoyment and balance take precedence over performance. Their philosophy embraces both healthy living and life’s indulgences, creating a space where camaraderie and support thrive. Beyond running, members gather for monthly yoga and Pilates sessions to promote recovery and mindfulness. Rooted in the vibrant Rhine-Main region, the crew’s routes showcase Darmstadt’s green parks and Frankfurt’s river promenades, reflecting the cities’ blend of urban life and nature.
