All paces are welcome to run or walk in honour of International Women’s Day. This event is about showing up exactly as you are.
We’ll meet at the Harbour Landing Supplement King location, move together, and empower one another on the pathways before finishing at the store for post-run samples, connection, and an exclusive in-store discount for participants.

Gopher Attack 2026 - Sunday, April 26th - 20 Years & Running!
Presented by Sask Lotteries
Gopher Attack is an early spring Boston Qualifier marathon with a flat and fast course. The marathon course winds through the scenic Wascana Park and the University of Regina campus. It is a 21.1 km loop certified by Athletics Canada. Participants who meet the Boston Marathon qualifying times will be eligible to enter the Boston Marathon in the following year. For 2026 there will be four distances - Marathon, Half-marathon, 10km and 5km. The start is in front of the Queen Building, 100 Navy Way, in Wascana Park, Regina, Saskatchewan. As well, for those that won't be able to make it on race day, there is a virtual event with five distances... registration for the virtual race gets you entered for all five distances, including the special 20km distance for 2026... run one or run them all. Virtual runners will have from April 26 to May 31 to complete their distances.
In-person finishers & virtual participants will receive a unique 20th Anniversary medal... in-person participants will receive a unique 20th Anniversary swag item and will be eligible for a number of random draws!
Race start times: 8:00 Marathon and Half Marathon / 8:30 10km and 5 km
Race Packet Pickup: Saturday 1:00-5:30 Queen Building 100 Navy Way; Sunday, 7:00 am Queen Building (please try & pickup on Saturday if possible as it will be busy pre-race.); Virtual event participants will receive by mail.
Marathon Matters club members receive a discount of $10 plus the Race Roster fee! If you're not currently a member you have the opportunity to purchase a membership for only $12.82 during the registration process.
The race is included as a qualifying race for the Abbott World Marathon Majors Age Group rankings and championship.

Welcome to Saskatchewan's only 24 hour run! The Canada Goose Ultra is a timed and mainly self supported event that welcomes everyone and anyone looking to expand past their endurance running comfort zones. Come on out and surprise yourself with what you can accomplish when you're surrounded by other runners, volunteers and spectators cheering you on.
New and seasoned ultra runners are welcome to push their personal limits and see what they can complete in 6, 12 or 24 hour time frames around a 4 km loop of Wascana Lake.

Choose the 6-hour event for a no-pressure introduction to ultra running.

Choose the 12-hour event if you have a distance goal or have never pushed that time on your feet before.

Choose the 24-hour event for runners trying their own personal limits.
All finishers earn a custom medal.
If you beat your own personal longest distance, you win a custom swag item. If you complete at least 100 km, you'll earn a belt buckle!
The course is a flat, 4km loop on a paved route through a beautiful urban park.
No refunds, transfers or deferrals.
Marathon Matters members receive a $10 discount.
Route will be as followed, but may be subject to change based on any construction at the time of the event. The exact 4 km course will be confirmed closer to the event.

The YMCA of Regina presents the Mountie Maker Obstacle Race, taking place on the RCMP Academy grounds in Regina, Sk, September 26, 2026! This fun race will consist of a 7.5 km run and 26 obstacles with a variety of physical challenges. Why 26 obstacles? In the spirit of the current 26-week Cadet Training Program (CTP), it follows the length of time it takes to become a Mountie at Depot.
For adults and cadets for the full course: Participants can register individually or as a team. The first heat will leave at 8:00 a.m. Then, heats will run continuously every 10 minutes after that. The last heat will leave at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
NEW Competitive Heat: The 08:00 heat will be the only competitive heat. Those individuals will be held to a strict standard, but are eligible to place for the event. Single registrations only, no teams for this heat.
Note: If you are a cadet, please check your email for the promo code. You must use the promo code to receive the $55 Cadet Rate.
For kids: There will also be a Mini Mountie 2 km obstacle race for kids aged 5 to 13. The Mini Mountie heats will run at 8:15 a.m., 8:35 a.m., 8:55 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.
Adult Mountie Sprint! 2 km obstacle race to participate in a shorter course. The Sprint heats run 8:05 a.m., 8:25 a.m., 8:45 a.m., and 9:05 a.m.
All participants (or a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a participant) will be required to complete an online waiver as part of the registration process.
