Apex x Sessions Trail & MTB Race

Get ready for a full morning of trail action at the Laurentian Conservation Area as Apex Warrior teams up with Sessions for a brand-new race day featuring both trail running and mountain biking.

Racers can choose to take on the trail run, the mountain bike race, or go all-in and complete the Run + Bike Combo.

The morning starts with two trail run options: a 6 km course and a 12 km course through the beautiful and challenging trails of Laurentian. After the run events, we’ll shift gears into the mountain bike race, where riders can choose either the 6 km bike course or the 12 km option, which will be two laps of the 6 km loop.

This event is built for runners, riders, and anyone looking for a fun challenge on the trails. Come race, push yourself, and be part of a high-energy community event.

A community-driven trail running event inspired by the legacy of XTERRA Conquer the Crater, offering distances for all ages and abilities. Inclusive, fun, and professionally organized, the event highlights the region’s beautiful trail network while creating a welcoming experience for both new and seasoned runners. Through fundraising efforts in support of the Miles Against Cancer Fund, the event helps make a meaningful impact in our community while celebrating the spirit of trail running.

The SMRT has both a 5 km run/walk and a 1/2 Marathon Run/Walk. Funds raised from this event are used to support both Laurentian University and Cambrian College Cross-Country running students. This year marks the 48th Ramsey Tour (2 years lost due to COVID) and over the years over $250,000 has been distributed to the students.

The Salvation Army’s Santa Shuffle is a national fundraising event supporting the local work of The Salvation Army in communities across Canada.

By registering for the Sudbury Santa Shuffle, you are joining a community of participants and fundraisers helping provide food, shelter, and hope to individuals and families facing hardship.

As a Santa Shuffler, your registration includes:

For 2026, there is one simple registration option for everyone:

"Individual – 5K Fun Run / 1K Elf Walk"

Whether you plan to run or walk, all participants register through a single, streamlined process — making it quicker and easier to sign up and get started.

To ensure the event remains accessible to everyone, discounts are automatically applied at checkout:

• Youth (18 and under) and Seniors (65+) receive $10 off registration

• Group registrations receive:

• 10% off per registration for groups of 4–9 participants

• 15% off per registration for groups of 10 or more participants

No codes are required, and all eligible discounts are applied automatically when you register.
