A community-focused run or walk in support of the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation and health and wellness initiatives in Napanee and the surrounding communities. Our 5K course is fast and accurate, and the day also features a fun kids 1-mile run, live music, great awards, and post-race food and refreshments.
