We pride ourselves in creating an inclusive environment for all levels and distances. Each athlete is encouraged to work within their own level of comfort and build upon that. We have 7 workouts, 6 days of the week, for our full season. All are sanctioned and insured by Triathlon Ontario and have an NCCP Triathlon Coach present. Current member
