Join us at Long Sault Conservation Area for a fun, scenic, community trail race that has a distance for everyone!

Distance options include 7K, 14K, 21K or as many loops as possible in 6 hours! This course is run on two 7K all trail loops-7K participants will complete one loop, 14K will enjoy the full course with 2 different trail loops, 21K will run each of the 2 loops as well, plus one more! The 6 hour runners will keep it fresh by alternating between the two different 7K trail loops.

Race start times are staggered and event distances are capped this year to accommodate the limited parking on site, this worked really well in 2025. Please car pool and arrive no earlier than 1 hour before your start time to register. Parking is $7/vehicle. A paid parking receipt will need to be shown at the registration table and can be completed ahead of time online at the link provided below https://tap.honkmobile.com/p/23a19f10-ae30-4d45-bd52-85261c290a40

Race Start times are as follows...

    7K @ 8AM (early start) Run/Hike

    6HR @ 9AM

    21K @ 9:30AM

    2K Kids @ 10AM

    14K @ Noon

    7K @ 2PM (late start) Run

Every participant will receive swag (TBD)! Kids Fun Run is sponsored by North Oshawa Dairy Queen, providing an ice cream voucher to every participant. Prizes will be awarded in each distance for first, second and masters runners-subject to registration numbers.

Cotton hoodies are available for sale again at the checkout and a limited number will be available at the event for purchase. Perfect for warming up after a fall trail run! All proceeds from hoodie purchases will be donated to CLOCA. They've gone above and beyond in supporting our event!!!

We will be serving lemon/lime Skratch and have water at the Aid Station as well as typical snacks you may find for the participants running the 21K and 6HR event. This event has one Aid Station at the Start/Finish line. Participants must have the ability to carry what they need to run 7K before returning to the Aid Station.

Runners in the 6 hour event must complete it in the six hour time frame. If going into your last loop, you are not able to complete it in the six hour time frame, you will not be able to start that loop.

Please visit https://durhamtrailrunners.ca/ for the Race Day Manual and follow Seaton Scramble Trail Race on Facebook for updates and fun race related content.

All participants must be off the course by 3:30PM (3PM for the 6HR event).
