Canada's first "vertical" backyard ultra!
An "Everest" every 24 hours in lovely Mabou, Nova Scotia!
First...who is Frankie?
Frankie lived on this property his whole life.
So did his parents.
So did his grandparents.
So did his great grandparents.
And so did his great, great grandparents.
So yeah, you could say that this is literally "Frankie's backyard" :)
This stunning setting is the perfect place to keep your spirits high as you ascend and descend 370m every loop.
Everyone has 1 hour to complete the ~4km route and the standard 'backyard ultra' rules apply.
Free camping at the start/finish is available for the runners/crew during the event.
We'll provide water and Tailwind throughout the event.
$10 from every registration fee will be donated to the Mabou food bank.
$750 for the winner and $250 for the assist.
