The First Responders Half Marathon is a highly regarded event held annually in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Vancouver. This event celebrates and raises awareness for the vital role first responders play—and the challenges they face—while serving our communities.

We are honored to pay tribute to the men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting and supporting others. Join us as we run in recognition of their service, sacrifice, and lasting legacy.

The Big Elf Run Come join us for the 12th annual Big Elf Run on Saturday December 12th 2026. This holiday themed run offers a 5km/10km Big Elf Run/Walk (2pm) as well as a 1km Wee Elf Run/Walk (1pm) around scenic Stanley Park. Run with hundreds of elves, enjoy a DJ, “elfie station”, prize giveaways, vendors and more. The Big Elf Run tours picturesque Stanley Park. Starting at Lumberman's Arch, the course winds its way along trails surrounded by old oak trees before looping onto the seawall with hallmark views of Coal Harbour and the Burrard Inlet. With few inclines and mainly paved paths, everyone is assured a beautiful and stress-free run/walk. The route is for all ages and abilities. Pet & Stroller Friendly!* *Pets and strollers must start in the last wave, to ensure the safety of other participants. Course cut-off 2 hours.
