8 running events in Kamloops, British Columbia

The Spring Run Off 10km and 5km road run in Kamloops is organized by the Kamloops Ridge Runners Society. This event starts at Overlander Park near the Henry Grube building on the North Shore and follows the Rivers Pathway out and back. This is a flat course with beautiful views of the River Valley. Enjoy post-race food and coffee after your run!

CFJC TV Boogie the Bridge is Kamloops’ largest celebration of movement. Boogie is about so much more than running or walking and a single day event.

CFJC TV Boogie the Bridge has inspired thousands of people to make a difference in their lives, the lives of their families and the lives of their community members, through movement and community involvement.

Now, one of Kamloops’ signature events, the “sea of red” is a visual representation of the passion, commitment and love that began this grass roots event and that continues to ground it to this day. Join us for this amazing event that is a total party on the run with bands, inspirational chalking, and all the cheering and encouragement you could ever want all along the route.

EVENT OPTIONS

Participate (run or walk) in the 1K Kids’ Mini Boogie, 5K, 10K or 21.1K Half Marathon distances.

Boogie is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY.

The super fun Beat The Buzzer Backyard Ultra is back! This event will run as long as you want 6+ hours or register for the under 6 hours. Run till you drop! Dirty Feet Trail Races are fun trail running events for all ages. This event will be held in the Kamloops Area and everyone will complete a 6.5km course. The race will be a timed event.
