    2026 Hatley Castle 8K

    Enjoy some of the best road running that Vancouver Island has to offer. Distances range from 5km to the half-marathon.

    For beginners to Olympians and everyone in between, walkers to runners and all ages.

    Enjoy this historic and stately setting of the Hatley Castle in Colwood. Surrounded by forest and views of the Olympic Mountains and Downtown Victoria across the water.

    This course is hilly but traffic-free in its unique setting. It is the only race of the series with a significant amount of trail. The final 2km is flat and downhill.

    No pets are permitted to accompany a participant. Only registered guide dogs are permitted. All visually impaired participants accompanied by an assisting runner or guide dog must start at the back of the field.

    It is highly recommended that participants not wear headphones of any kind. If a competitor impedes another athlete, emergency services or operations or cannot hear commands, they are subject to disqualification. There will be no refunds when disqualified.
