Corporate Triathlon (Full or Split)

Swim: 300m St Kilda Beach

Ride: 10km Closed Beach Rd

Run: 4km Beach Path Run

Full Team Triathlon (Teams of 3) - Each team member completes a full triathlon, receiving their own result which is combined for a total team time.

Split Team Triathlon (Teams of 2 or 3) - Each team member performs a leg(s) of the one triathlon, dividing up the swim, bike, and run for a total team time.

Corporate Relay Run

Run: 5km Closed Beach Rd Circuit

Relay Run (Teams of 2 or 3) - Complete laps of a 5km course, for a combined total of 15km.
