Cardinia Fun Run and Walk is back in 2026!
We are thrilled to once again be able to hold the popular 5km run & 10km South Side Racing Run and O'Connors 5km Walk on Sunday 1st March 2026!
We are excited to be adding the Gumbuya World Kids 2.5km Colour Run to the 2026 event!
Take part in the Cardinia Fun Run and Walk and raise funds for the Cardinia Community Foundation to support vulnerable members of our community.
Returning to Deep Creek Reserve Pakenham, the track flows through reserve wetlands alongside the golf course and the iconic award-winning park.
This year we are excited to offer a FREE event T-shirt to the first 150 registered participants! Early bib & T-shirt collection will commence a week before the event on Monday 23rd of February at Cardinia Life.
We welcome runners of all abilities to get laced up, run or walk your best and have fun doing it!
ORDER OF EVENTS:
Week of Monday 23rd February
Bib & T-Shirt collection opens at Cardinia Life, 4-6 Olympic Way, Pakenham (Monday 23/2 to Friday 27/2, 9:00am to 5:00)
Sunday 1st March
7:00am - Bib & T-Shirt collection available on day of the event
8:00am - South Side Racing 10km Run
9:15am - 5km Run
10:00am - Gumbuya World 2.5km Kids Colour Run
10:15am - O'Connor 5km Walk - Prams & dogs welcome
This is a family event; the whole family is welcome:

All children must be supervised by an adult guardian

Dogs are welcome to spectate and participate in the 5km walk, but must be on a leash
