Your first turn will take you around the Rock Groyne and over The Crystal Pool (aka "The Crystals"), a much loved local diving and snorkelling site. A left turn close to the boat harbour takes you out into deeper water and after another left turn, you’ll head East onto the legendary WOW Back Straight. AM:PM.RC started in Melbourne in December 2014 when Nicholas, Elizabeth, Dan, and Ben decided to build a crew worth showing up for, twice a week, every week. Nearly a decade on, around thirty members from all backgrounds, indigenous, immigrant, local, and travelling, gather under their motto, Strength to Strength. The philosophy is straightforward: individual progress and collective growth are the same thing. Show up, contribute, support, and the whole crew moves forward together. Art, music, and photography thread through the community alongside the running. Tuesday evenings find them at the iconic Tan Track, Thursday mornings at Princes Park. Two routes, two moods, one crew that has been turning up since 2014.
