This special category is for family members, friends, and supporters who would like to be part of the Ratalang experience by running one lap of the 5.275 km course.

The One-Lap Support Run starts at 6:00 pm on Saturday, 31st January, alongside the main event, giving supporters the chance to run with, pace, or simply encourage participants as they begin their longer Ratalang challenge.
