Unley Run Club started in June 2023 when brothers Nick and Henry decided to get fitter and build community in Adelaide. What began as just the two of them running together has grown into a weekly gathering of eighty to one hundred runners. The philosophy is simple: show up consistently, keep the doors open, and keep it free. Every Wednesday at 6am, the crew meets at Unley Social on King William Road to run either 5km or 10km with pace groups for every level. The community has grown organically through friendship, trust, and a reliable weekly routine that welcomes everyone year-round.
