Founded by Jackson and Jonathan, the crew is built on the subcultures they grew up in, creating a platform for diverse people to express their views and share opinions without prejudice. Their philosophy is perfectly captured in their powerful and direct invitation: "Come correct. Come connect." They are a community for individuals who want their voices to be heard through the shared act of running.

Inspired by their rugby roots and a playful gesture, the crew welcomes runners of all levels to join their inclusive Sunday runs, where participants start together, run at their own pace, and finish as a group. With about 70 members, The High Panters gather regularly in scenic spots like MacRitchie Reservoir and the Botanic Gardens, blending Singapore’s vibrant urban energy and lush greenery into their runs. Beyond weekly sessions, they engage with the local running scene through races and events, using these opportunities to raise awareness and funds for underserved communities. Their routes showcase Singapore’s vibrant blend of urban life and green spaces along the river and park connectors, making each run a social and scenic experience. Beyond fitness, Run Jolly Pace Group fosters genuine community connection, encouraging camaraderie over competition. Members also engage with local races, further weaving the crew into Singapore’s active running culture.
